工作原理

Operating Principle
A permanent magnet motor rotates the paddle at 1 RPM. When rising material obstructs the paddle, the resulting torque is transmitted through the drive shaft to activate the switching mechanism while cutting off motor power. The system automatically resets via spring tension when material level drops. Adjustable spring tension allows precise calibration for materials with different specific gravities.25

These level switches offer multiple voltage options (220VAC/110VAC/24VDC) with 10A/250VAC SPDT contacts. 二、工作原理
電機(jī)帶動(dòng)葉片旋轉(zhuǎn)，當(dāng)被側(cè)介質(zhì)到達(dá)葉片位置時(shí)，葉片手足停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，從而觸動(dòng)后面的微動(dòng)開關(guān)輸出開關(guān)信號(hào)，當(dāng)被測(cè)介質(zhì)下降離開葉片時(shí)，葉片在彈簧的作用下恢復(fù)原位繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。彈簧的拉力可根據(jù)所測(cè)介質(zhì)的比重進(jìn)行調(diào)整，物料比重大時(shí)彈簧調(diào)整到*強(qiáng)，反之調(diào)至*弱。
