阻旋料位開關(guān)也有的稱之為阻旋物位計(jì)或者阻旋料位開關(guān)、阻旋物位開關(guān)等,主要是根據(jù)它具體的不同用途的不同名稱。阻旋式料位開關(guān)是采用交流微電機(jī)經(jīng)減速后,帶動(dòng)檢測葉片慢速旋轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)被測物料的料位上升使葉片的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)受到阻擋時(shí),檢測機(jī)構(gòu)主軸產(chǎn)生旋轉(zhuǎn)位移。此位移先使一個(gè)微動(dòng)開關(guān)動(dòng)作,發(fā)出有料的信號(hào)。隨后另一個(gè)微動(dòng)開關(guān)動(dòng)作,切斷微電機(jī)的電源使其停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。只要倉內(nèi)的料位不變,此種狀態(tài)便將一直保持下去。
