Working Principle
Powered by AC micro motor with speed reduction, the switch rotates the detection paddle slowly at about 1 RPM. When rising material level blocks the paddle, the detecting mechanism produces rotational displacement around main shaft, activating micro switch to send "material present" signal while cutting off motor power. As material level drops and paddle obstruction disappears, the mechanism returns to original position by spring force, restarting motor operation and sending "material absent" signal. This mechanical detection ensures stable and reliable signaling.24
