The JM3020-10G1DS1P300 level switch is an intelligent material detection device designed for industrial process monitoring, suitable for level control applications involving solid particles, powders, and liquid media. Utilizing Radio Frequency Admittance (RF Admittance) measurement principle with advanced signal processing algorithms, it effectively distinguishes actual material signals from coating interference, ensuring precise and reliable detection performance.
Constructed with 316L stainless steel housing through integral casting technology, the device features multi-layer protection for internal electronic components. It maintains stable operation within temperature ranges from -40℃ to +150℃ and withstands pressure up to 4.0MPa. The probe is equipped with wear-resistant ceramic coating, particularly suitable for detecting abrasive granular materials. The dual-chamber isolation structure completely separates signal processing units from field environments, significantly enhancing long-term operational stability in humid and dusty conditions.
Functionally, this model supports both PNP/NPN signal outputs compatible with mainstream control systems including PLC and DCS.
