The NL38-G level switch is a mechanical rotating paddle device designed for solid materials (including powders, granules, lumps, and viscous substances) in industrial silos or hoppers. It is widely used in industries such as chemicals, cement, food, and feed processing for reliable point-level detection. The stainless steel blade ensures durability and resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for harsh environments with high temperatures or heavy dust.
The switch operates by rotating a paddle via a permanent magnet motor. When material obstructs the paddle, the resistance triggers an internal microswitch to output a signal and cut off power to protect the motor. 阻旋料位開關(guān)也有的稱之為阻旋物位計(jì)或者阻旋料位開關(guān)、阻旋物位開關(guān)等，主要是根據(jù)它具體的不同用途的不同名稱。阻旋式料位開關(guān)是采用交流微電機(jī)經(jīng)減速后，帶動(dòng)檢測葉片慢速旋轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)被測物料的料位上升使葉片的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)受到阻擋時(shí)，檢測機(jī)構(gòu)主軸產(chǎn)生旋轉(zhuǎn)位移。此位移先使一個(gè)微動(dòng)開關(guān)動(dòng)作，發(fā)出有料的信號(hào)。隨后另一個(gè)微動(dòng)開關(guān)動(dòng)作，切斷微電機(jī)的電源使其停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。只要倉內(nèi)的料位不變，此種狀態(tài)便將一直保持下去。
