Utilizing tuning fork measurement principle, it detects material damping effect on vibrating forks to achieve level switching function. Operational Principle
A micro motor drives the tuning fork blade at low speed (approximately 1 RPM). When no material contacts the blade, the motor runs normally. After material level drops, spring mechanism resets the system for blade rotation. This mechanical detection method remains unaffected by material dielectric constant or humidity variations.78
