【Operating Principle】
Based on lever-type mechanical transmission design, when the measured medium contacts the detection vane, the internal precision transmission mechanism triggers preset angular displacement, driving the microswitch to output contact signals. The signal conversion module adopts fully sealed processing technology, effectively isolating external dust and humidity interference to ensure stable contact operation. The built-in overload protection mechanism can withstand instantaneous impact loads.

Main body adopts 304 stainless steel integral casting process. Detection vane can be optionally configured with 316L stainless steel or wear-resistant engineering plastic materials according to media characteristics.
