The NL36 rotary paddle level switch is designed for solid material detection including powders, granules, lumps and viscous substances. It operates on a micro-motor driven mechanism where the rotating paddle stops upon contacting materials, triggering a switch signal while cutting off power. Constructed with stainless steel sensing components, it features adjustable spring tension for materials of varying densities and a dust-proof sealing design. The built-in overload protection allows the clutch to disengage automatically when excessive load is detected, safeguarding the motor. Operational Principle
The rotating blade powered by a permanent magnet motor (1 RPM) generates resistance when encountering materials, which activates the micro-switch to send signals and halt the motor. The self-resetting spring mechanism restarts operation when material level drops. The torque adjustment system accommodates materials with density as low as 0.4g/cm³, while the SUS304 stainless steel blade ensures corrosion resistance.
