Featuring a circular smooth single-rod probe design, it effectively prevents material adhesion and clogging, maintaining stable operation even with significant buildup without sensitivity degradation. Its core component integrates piezoelectric elements within thick-walled stainless steel tubes, with a vibration damping tube of only 9mm length, ensuring heavy-load resistance, operational safety and extended service life. The device offers three sensitivity settings (High/Medium/Low) to accommodate materials of varying densities, and includes a 15A high-capacity relay switch for direct motor control. 阻旋料位開關(guān)產(chǎn)品原理：阻旋料位開關(guān)是一種用于固態(tài)物料（包括粉狀、粒狀、塊狀、膠狀等）的物位控制器。其利用永磁電機帶動葉片旋轉(zhuǎn)，當被檢測物料上升至葉片位置時，葉片轉(zhuǎn)動受阻，該阻力通過傳動軸傳遞到接線盒內(nèi)的檢測裝置，檢測裝置則向外輸出一個開關(guān)信號，并切斷電機電源使葉片停止轉(zhuǎn)動。當物料下降時，葉片阻力消失，檢測裝置便依靠彈簧的拉力恢復到原始狀態(tài)，葉片恢復旋轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)。在化工、塑料、鋼鐵、電力、水泥、制藥、飼料、食品等行業(yè)得到了的應用。
