ZB-10-550/ZB-10-1000料位開關是專為工業(yè)物料監(jiān)測設計的智能化檢測裝置,適用于固體顆粒、粉末及液體介質的料位監(jiān)控。產品采用模塊化結構設計,通過振動頻率分析與信號處理技術實現精準檢測,可有效適應不同工況環(huán)境的需求。
該系列產品配備耐磨損探頭組件,核心傳感部件選用高強度合金材料制造,具有良好的環(huán)境適應性與長期穩(wěn)定性。雙殼體防護設計可降低外部環(huán)境對內部電子元件的干擾,支持-40℃至+80℃寬溫域連續(xù)運行。產品內置智能校準系統(tǒng),能夠根據介質特性自動調整檢測靈敏度,減少人工干預頻次。

The ZB-10-550/ZB-10-1000 level switches are intelligent monitoring devices engineered for industrial material level detection, suitable for monitoring solid particles, powders and liquid media. Featuring modular construction, these units employ vibration frequency analysis and signal processing technologies to deliver precise measurement, adaptable to diverse industrial environments.
Constructed with wear-resistant probe assemblies, the core sensing components utilize high-strength alloy materials to ensure environmental adaptability and long-term operational stability. The dual-housing protection design minimizes external interference to internal electronics, supporting continuous operation within a broad temperature range of -40℃ to +80℃. The integrated auto-calibration system dynamically adjusts detection sensitivity based on material characteristics, reducing manual intervention requirements.
The ZB-10-550 model is designed for standard industrial applications, featuring a compact structure for installation in confined spaces with standard M20×1.5 threaded connection. The ZB-10-1000 model incorporates enhanced probe design with specialized surface treatment, optimized for high-viscosity materials or sticky substance applications to minimize material adhesion effects. Both variants support dual-output modes including 4-20mA analog signals and relay switching signals, compatible with mainstream industrial control systems.
These level switches are applicable in cement production, feed processing, chemical storage and similar industries for silos, hoppers and conveying pipelines, providing reliable overfill/empty alerts.
