When the paddle is free from material contact, the motor operates normally; upon encountering material, the motor stops and outputs a contact signal while cutting off power automatically. The device resets via a torsion spring after material level drops, with adjustable torque for varying material densities.
Key features include a specialized oil seal design with dual dustproof layers to prevent particle ingress, an integrated clutch to protect the motor from overload, and a simple structure for easy maintenance. It supports manual torque adjustment. Power options include 110VAC or 220VAC, with low consumption of 3W and contact capacity of AC250V/5A (SPDT). The paddle rotates at 1 RPM, operating temperatures range from -20℃ to 80℃ (standard) or up to 200℃ (high-temperature variant), and the electrical interface uses M20×1.5 internal threads.
