工作原理

The SE151BGMB0300 rotary paddle level switch is designed for detecting solid materials (powder, granules) in industrial applications. Operating Principle
During normal operation, the motor rotates the paddle freely. When material obstructs the paddle, torque transmission activates the detection mechanism: the first micro-switch signals level presence and cuts motor power; the second switch maintains status until material recedes. Spring return mechanism automatically resets upon material withdrawal. The clutch protection system safeguards against overload from material impact.411
