工作原理
ZXK-80阻旋料位開關利用永磁電機帶動葉片以1轉/分的低速旋轉。當被測物料上升至葉片位置時，葉片轉動受阻，該阻力通過傳動軸傳遞到檢測裝置，輸出開關信號并切斷電機電源；當物料下降時，葉片阻力消失，檢測裝置依靠彈簧拉力恢復原位，葉片重新開始旋轉。產品可根據(jù)物料比重差異調節(jié)彈簧拉力，比重較大時調至較強，反之調至較弱，確保對不同密度物料的準確檢測。58

The ZXK-80 rotary paddle level switch is designed for monitoring solid materials including powders, granules, lumps and viscous substances in industries such as chemical, plastic, cement, pharmaceutical, feed and food processing. Featuring all-stainless steel material contact parts, this mechanical level switch offers reliable performance in various industrial environments with its simple structure and easy maintenance. The compact design allows flexible installation in both horizontal and vertical orientations.36
Working Principle
The device operates with a permanent magnet motor driving the paddle at 1 RPM. When rising material impedes paddle rotation, the resistance is transmitted through the drive shaft to activate a switching mechanism while cutting off motor power. As material level drops, the spring-loaded mechanism returns to original position and resumes rotation. The adjustable spring tension allows optimization for materials with different specific gravities - stronger tension for heavier materials and weaker for lighter ones, ensuring accurate detection across various densities.512
