The SYZD100 single rod vibrating level switch is an industrial-grade detection device designed based on tuning fork resonance principle. The piezoelectric element drives the probe to generate vibrations, which sharply decrease when the probe is fully surrounded by materials, thereby triggering switching action. 阻旋料位開關(guān)也有的稱之為阻旋物位計或者阻旋料位開關(guān)、阻旋物位開關(guān)等，主要是根據(jù)它具體的不同用途的不同名稱。阻旋式料位開關(guān)是采用交流微電機經(jīng)減速后，帶動檢測葉片慢速旋轉(zhuǎn)。當被測物料的料位上升使葉片的轉(zhuǎn)動受到阻擋時，檢測機構(gòu)主軸產(chǎn)生旋轉(zhuǎn)位移。此位移先使一個微動開關(guān)動作，發(fā)出有料的信號。隨后另一個微動開關(guān)動作，切斷微電機的電源使其停止轉(zhuǎn)動。只要倉內(nèi)的料位不變，此種狀態(tài)便將一直保持下去。
