English Overview
The J2-1 and J2-2 optical theodolites are high-precision angle-measuring instruments designed for engineering, geodetic, and industrial applications. Featuring an all-steel construction with dustproof and waterproof capabilities, these instruments are built to withstand demanding field conditions. The J2 series incorporates magnetic damping compensators, eliminating issues like cylinder jamming common in air-damped systems, while dual safety mechanisms protect the pendulum wires from damage caused by shocks or vibrations.

Technical Features
The J2-2 model achieves a horizontal direction standard deviation of ±2″ per set and a vertical angle measurement deviation of ±6″. Its telescope features erect imaging with a 40mm objective aperture and 30x magnification, offering a minimum focusing distance of 2 meters. The automatic vertical index compensator (±0.3″ accuracy, ±3′ range) streamlines vertical angle measurements.
